Can a child have three parents?

Yes. Every parent has their own line to the child – there's no "main pair" – so a child can show all three: say Sally, Mark and Dave. Parent lines are teal, and blood parents get a red line too. On a Father or Mother, tick Show the red line too to add the red. For example, Tim can show his mum Sally, his birth father Mark and his step-dad Dave all at once. Adding a step-parent? Here's how step links work.
