Press None of these – let me describe it, the last button on the fix list and under each Something else…, and tell us what's wrong in your own words. Family trees can get wonderfully knotty! Up to three fixes that match show as you type – pick one and it takes you straight there. For example, say Grandad George is on there twice: type "George is on here twice" and George is in the tree twice comes up. If nothing matches, it says sorry and offers Message the tree admins or Message the My Whole Family Tree team, with your words already filled in (the tree owner just sees the team button). Words that found nothing are kept for us with everyone's names taken out, so we can teach the search new ones.
