Choose "Neither – family another way" and say how they're really related – a sister, mother or daughter – or that they're not related at all. Families are full of surprises! For example, if someone was added as your uncle's wife but she's really his sister, you can put that right without losing her or anyone else. This choice is offered on every question about a partner, so a mix-up like this can be fixed wherever it turns up.
