Coming soon: yes – a bigger tree is a yearly membership that renews by itself, and you'll say so clearly when you pay, by ticking "I agree to automatic renewal". We'll remind you 30, 14 and 7 days before it renews, with the price – and that's all: we never chase. You can turn renewal off any time up to the day before. For example, say Grandad George's tree renews on 17 April: he'd hear from us in March and April, and nothing more.
