Everyone on your tree is family already – the trick is seeing who has joined in. The easiest way is to start a message: type a name in the Message someone... box and you'll see who has signed in and can be messaged. Everyone else is still on the tree as a card, waiting for an invite. For example, if Auntie Jean is on the tree but hasn't joined yet, the tree owner can send her an invite from her card. Invites only ever go to people already on your tree, so it stays family only.
